Q: How do I find out about special charitable events hosted by Hard Rock Cafe?
A: Our Events Calendar is updated regularly, so keep checking back. Our News & Press Releases section also contains a lot of information about different Hard Rock initiatives and events, such as our Signature Series or our Pinktober campaigns, that benefit a number of great charities. Q: How do I order merchandise from a specific city?
A: Every so often we offer discount city-specific merchandise on our website, but, as a policy, you need to get those at the actual cafes. You can still find exclusive collectibles, limited edition items, and Hard Rock Online merchandise. (Note: Individual cafes do not accept phone, mail, or e-mail orders. All items are sold only at individual cafe merchandise counters.)

A: There's something for all appetites at the Hard Rock Cafe. We offer quality, classic American food in our unique, high-energy, music memorabilia-packed atmosphere.

Q: How do I request a catalog of all Hard Rock Cafe merchandise?
A: Our product assortment is perpetually being reviewed and updated, so we're always sure to have the hippest stuff around. Each and every cafe has unique goods to sell, which means no static catalog exists that we can send out. We're simply not able to create a global catalog for our merchandise. It would have to be updated every day. For the latest and best selection, visit your local cafe often, travel more, or check our Online Rock Shop.

Q: Where does Hard Rock Cafe get its memorabilia?
A: Through several different sources: auctions, donations, private foundations, etc.

Q: I am having trouble logging in to the members only area. What's wrong?
A: Our database is case sensitive. (Touchy, touchy!) Try to type your user name in exactly the way you typed it when you first signed up as an exclusive Hard Rocker. If you can't remember your username and password, try clicking on "Need Help? Click Here" (under the "Login Now" button) and follow the instructions. And take some gingko - it improves memory.

Q: Am I able to make dinner reservations online?
A: Our restaurant policy worldwide is first come, first serve, so we don't exactly offer reservations, per se. But, wait! We're currently running a "Love All, Serve Me First" promotion on HardRock.com that lets you book a "PX" (first available seating) online for parties of 1-15. This "PX" will allow you to sweep by the line in style and get you in at the next available table. To set up your PX (Please Excuse) Pass, go to the main PX page by clicking here. From the drop down menu next to "Location," pick the Cafe location for which you'd like to book a PX. Be aware, however, that not every Hard Rock Cafe participates in the PX program.

Q: How do I book a meeting or reserve space for a large group at Hard Rock?
A: Hard Rock Cafes, Hard Rock Hotels, and Hard Rock Lives all over the world are equipped to handle many different types of large groups, from business meetings to wedding receptions, from birthday parties to corporate events. Q: What is your return/exchange policy for online merchandise?
A: Hard Rock always wants any experience you have with us to be pleasant. Therefore, we allow you to return merchandise up to 30 days upon receipt in the unlikely event you're dissatisfied, whether the merchandise you received is not what you ordered or is damaged. Q: Does Hard Rock Online ship outside the United States?
A: Hard Rock Online ships to select countries outside of the United States. Please click here for the most up to date list of countries that we ship to.

Q: Does Hard Rock offer gift cards?
A: Our gift cards are sold only in denominations of $10 and $25 U.S. currency. You can purchase them online in the Hard Rock Shop or at any of our company owned cafes. The cards may be redeemed at any of the company owned cafes, but not the online store or franchise locations. Click here for a current list of participating cafes.
